    Ready to request content? Here are your options! CTT Media makes it easy to submit media requests & marketing funnels using Notion. Here are some popular methods: Directly in Notion: Simply write out your design request within the platform. Link to your reference materials: Share links to Google Docs, video examples, or anything that helps explain your vision. Record a quick Loom video: Prefer a visual explanation? No problem! Upload a Loom video to share your ideas. Basically, anything you can share in Notion works!
  • What is a “Media Request”?
    Media refers to photo or video content being requested.
  • How does the "Pause" feature work?
    Short on design projects this month? No worries! With our pause feature, you can keep your subscription flexible. Here's how it works: Our billing is based on 30-day cycles. Let's say you sign up and use our service for 3 weeks (21 days). You can then pause your subscription, and you'll still have access to the service for the remaining 9 days of that billing cycle. Use them whenever you need them!
  • Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
    Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued
  • Are there any Content Creation or Digital Marketing requests you don't cover?
    Absolutely. Long-form content (3+ mins), Original Graphic Design, Animations, & Extensive Content Shoots (greater than 2 hours).
  • How fast will I receive my content or funnel implementation?
